A fair review with evidence and escalation

Complaints policy

How to report a booking, partner, accessibility, privacy, payment or website concern and what information helps us investigate it.

Tell us promptly

For an active journey, use the urgent contact shown in the booking. For a formal complaint, email support@hajjumrahtaxi.co.uk with the booking reference, date, what happened, the outcome sought and relevant evidence. Do not publish passports, payment cards or medical documents in a public review.

What happens next

We acknowledge the complaint, preserve relevant booking and communication records, ask the assigned partner for evidence where necessary and give a reasoned response. Complex safety, payment or cross-border matters may require longer; we will provide an update rather than leave the case without a status.

Partner complaints

Partner drivers and operators are independently responsible for the live vehicle and driving service, but we investigate concerns connected with an arrangement made through us. Evidence may affect future assignment, document rechecking, suspension or removal.

Privacy and accessibility escalation

A privacy concern can be marked for the Information Officer. An accessibility complaint is reviewed for the requested adjustment, what was communicated and whether reasonable steps were taken. External statutory complaint routes remain available.

Reviews and chargebacks

A public review or card dispute does not replace direct investigation. Contact us so the underlying event can be checked. We will not require a customer to remove an honest review as a condition of exercising a legal right.

Independent rights

Nothing in this process prevents a customer from using a card-provider remedy, regulator, court, alternative dispute route or other mandatory right where applicable.

Useful before you book

Questions and clear answers

What evidence should I send?

The booking reference, timestamps, messages, safe photographs and a clear description are usually useful. Redact full card and identity details.

Can I complain about a partner driver?

Yes. We investigate service supplied under bookings arranged through the site and can restrict future assignments.

Operational process draft. Final response targets and escalation bodies require owner and adviser approval before launch.

Complaints and service concerns

Tell the Hajj Umrah Taxi team

Send your booking reference, journey date and a factual description to hello@saudicabco.com. Include only information needed to investigate and do not send card, bank, password or identity-document details.

What happens next

The concern is linked to the relevant source brand and booking record. booking-team reviews the journey history, communications, payment state and available operational evidence before replying.

Urgent journey issues

If the journey is imminent, use the latest support route shown in the confirmed booking message. A website complaint submission should not be treated as an emergency or dispatch channel.

Fair review

We aim to distinguish a complaint from a cancellation request, refund request, safety report or general enquiry and route it to the appropriate operational process.
