Planning journeys around real requirements
Accessibility statement
Our approach to accessible website use, assistance information, vehicle suitability and reporting a barrier before or after a Saudi journey.
Using the website
We aim for keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus, labelled forms, readable contrast, meaningful headings, responsive layouts and status messages that do not rely on colour alone. Automated and human checks are included in release testing.
Tell us what the journey requires
Before payment, disclose wheelchair or mobility-aid dimensions, transfer ability, medical equipment, assistance animal, child-seat needs, boarding limitations and the number of companions. This allows a suitable service to be reviewed rather than assumed.
Vehicle suitability is confirmed, not implied
A large luggage capacity does not automatically mean wheelchair accessibility, and a named model may be supplied as "or similar". We confirm only the capability expressly accepted in the booking. If a safe suitable resource cannot be arranged, we will not knowingly confirm an unsuitable vehicle.
Reasonable communication support
Customers can identify a language preference, booking representative, traveller and emergency contact. Essential booking information should remain available in a durable message or dashboard record.
Report a digital barrier
Email support@hajjumrahtaxi.co.uk with the page, device or browser, what you were trying to do and the format or adjustment needed. Do not include passwords or card details.
Continuous improvement
We prioritise barriers that prevent searching, account access, checkout, booking management or urgent contact. Third-party payment and mapping interfaces are also monitored, although their underlying platform is controlled by the provider.

Useful before you book
Questions and clear answers
Does every vehicle take a wheelchair?
No. Give the dimensions, whether it folds and whether the passenger can transfer, then wait for the specific suitability confirmation.
Can someone book for me?
Yes. Record whether the account holder is travelling and provide the traveller's reachable contact and consented assistance information.
The next stage can be simple
