Is payment the same as a confirmed taxi booking?+
No. Payment creates a paid provisional request. The Hajj Umrah Taxi team reviews the journey and normally updates you within 1 to 12 hours. The journey is confirmed only when the booking status is changed to confirmed.
Can you collect us from Jeddah or Madinah airport?+
Yes. Choose the exact airport and accommodation from the Google suggestions. Flight number, terminal, accommodation and meeting information are collected during checkout.
Which taxi should I choose for my family and luggage?+
Enter every adult, child, infant, large bag and cabin bag. The search only shows vehicle configurations that pass the central capacity check. Passenger totals always exclude the driver.
Will I receive the exact vehicle shown?+
We aim to provide the displayed model. If it is unavailable, we provide a suitable like-for-like vehicle or a free upgrade. If the confirmed class and capacity cannot be fulfilled, you can choose a full refund.
Can I book Ziyarah, extra stops or a return journey?+
