Roadworthy and properly documented

Partner transport providers are expected to keep vehicles legally roadworthy, maintained, insured and documented for the work they accept. Evidence can be requested and concerns can lead to suspension from assignments.

Clean and prepared for the assignment

Vehicles should arrive reasonably clean, with functioning passenger areas and the equipment expressly confirmed for the journey. Normal model age or minor cosmetic wear does not by itself mean a service failure.

Capacity is more than the seat count

Passenger capacity excludes the driver. Luggage, wheelchairs, pushchairs and bulky items are assessed separately. Customers must declare accurate totals before confirmation.

Named model or similar

We try to provide the displayed model. A suitable similar or better vehicle may be supplied only if it preserves the confirmed class, passenger capacity, luggage capability and material features. If that cannot be achieved, the customer is offered the applicable remedy.

Report a concern before departure when possible

If a vehicle appears materially different from the confirmation or unsafe, contact the booking team promptly and do not ask the driver to proceed while a serious safety concern remains unresolved. Statutory rights are not reduced.
