Booking ground transport before a flight gives you time to check the route, vehicle capacity and terms without making decisions in an arrivals hall. The most important part is not pressing โbookโ; it is entering enough accurate information for the right vehicle and meeting plan to be arranged.
Information to have ready
- the exact Saudi pickup and drop-off addresses;
- pickup date and time in Saudi local time;
- flight number and arrival details for an airport pickup;
- adult and child passenger numbers;
- luggage quantity, including large or unusual items;
- a working email address and WhatsApp-capable mobile number;
- any requested child seats, accessibility support or extra stops.
Step 1: search the exact journey
Start with an address, airport or hotel in Saudi Arabia rather than a city name alone. Choose one-way or return travel and add waypoints if your itinerary has more than one stop. The journey search uses those details to request suitable vehicle prices.
Step 2: choose space, not just a model
Vehicle names are shown with โor similarโ because the exact make may change. Compare passenger and luggage capacity carefully. If your group exceeds a vehicleโs safe capacity, select a larger vehicle or arrange another car.
Step 3: create or sign in to your account
Your account keeps the booking history, status messages and later requests to reschedule or cancel in one place. Verify the email address so important booking messages can reach you. A saved basket is not a confirmed journey and may be repriced using the latest available tariff until checkout is completed.
Step 4: review and pay
Check the addresses, Saudi pickup time, passengers, luggage, vehicle class, selected extras, charge currency and cancellation summary. Online payment creates a paid provisional booking. It is not yet confirmation that a driver has accepted the journey.
Step 5: wait for driver confirmation
The booking team will contact you with the outcome, normally within the stated 1โ12 hour review window. Once a suitable partner accepts the job, the status changes to confirmed and the customer receives the relevant branded notification. Keep your contact details current in My Account.
