Meet-and-greet describes coordination
The confirmed booking identifies the applicable pickup process. It does not promise unrestricted terminal access, airside assistance, porterage or a permanent airport bay unless that service is expressly confirmed.
Give the correct flight and traveller
Enter the flight number, arrival date, Saudi local time and the phone number that will work after landing. If someone else booked, the traveller still needs the current instructions.
Landing is not meeting time
Immigration, baggage reclaim, mobility assistance, terminal movement and group assembly happen after landing. The review considers the journey details and any included waiting terms.
Use the exact onward destination
Choose the actual hotel, apartment, home, office or venue. Similar property names are common, and a city label alone is not a reliable driver instruction.
Changes must reach the booking record
If the flight is cancelled, diverted or materially rescheduled, update the booking or contact support. A message to an unverified number does not replace an approved amendment.
