How will i know its my car upon arrival?

Our drivers use a plaque card with your surname on it. For airport pickups these are used to help you recognise your driver outside the terminal. We also provide a contact number for you to contact the taxi.

Why Whatsapp?

We understand when moving from country to country, its not always quick to get a sim card and establish a number. With Whatsapp, you are able to qucikly connect to local wifi (free) at airports and hotels and communicate easily.

What if the drivers ask for more money?

We have never had this case, but we understand other organisations have encountered this. All the fees are paid for and the customer should not make any addittional payments.

I want to upgrade an existing booking

If your booking has not started you can contact us to upgrade. If your booking has started and you want to upgrade you will still need to contact us. We will arrgange extension or another driver to take over.
