As the primary gateway for over 53.4 million annual travelers, Jeddah’s KAIA is more than an airport—it is the spiritual and economic bridge to Makkah and Madinah. Navigating this 105km² facility requires precision logistics.
Passengers served in the last 12 months, marking KAIA as a global “Mega-Airport.”
Under the management of JEDCO, the airport has seen a 12% growth in capacity, featuring the world’s tallest ATC tower and the iconic Terminal 1 Aquarium.
King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) operates three distinct terminals. Knowing your landing point ensures our driver meets you at the correct gate without delay.
Whether you are heading to the Holy Sites of Makkah and Madinah, or traveling to Riyadh, Taif, or Yanbu, our fleet is ready. Experience the UK’s most trusted transport service with fixed rates and meet-and-greet excellence.
Reserve Your Taxi Online Now →For international pilgrims flying into King Abdulaziz International Airport, the most critical religious question is: “Where do I enter the state of Ihram?”
Because Jeddah is located inside the Miqat boundaries (in the area known as Al-Hil), you cannot land at Jeddah Airport and then intend for Umrah. You must be in the state of Ihram before your plane enters the Miqat zone. Our drivers are trained to recognize that you may be in a state of ritual purity and will assist you with the proper etiquette and luggage handling required for a Muhrim.
| From North (UK/Europe/Turkey) | Al-Juhfah (Rabigh) |
| From East (India/Pakistan/UAE) | Qarn al-Manazil |
| From South (Yemen/Africa) | Yalamlam |
Note: Pilots on Saudi Airlines usually announce the Miqat 30 mins before landing.
Each pilgrim is permitted one 5-litre bottle. This must be the official factory-sealed version from the King Abdullah Project.
As of 2026, only those on Umrah or Hajj Visas are officially permitted to export Zamzam from Terminal 1. Tourist visa holders may face restrictions.
Our fleet features heavy-duty storage. We ensure your Zamzam is handled with respect and stored securely in the trunk, never mixed with heavy suitcases.
While ride-sharing apps like Uber and Careem operate in Jeddah, they are often ill-equipped for the unique needs of international pilgrims and large families arriving at KAIA.
We don’t just go to Makkah. Our TGA-licensed fleet covers the entire Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Upon clearing customs and immigration at Terminal 1 or the North Terminal, your dedicated driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. We also provide the driver’s WhatsApp contact 12 hours before your flight lands so you can stay in touch via the airport’s free Wi-Fi.
While airport rank taxis use a meter, they often include airport surcharges and luggage fees. Pre-booking with Hajj Umrah Taxi provides a fixed-rate guarantee, which is almost always cheaper for long-distance trips to Makkah or Madinah, especially for families requiring larger vehicles like GMCs or Vans.
If your intention is to perform Umrah, you must be in the state of Ihram before crossing the Miqat (which happens in the air for most international flights). If you are visiting Makkah for business or to visit relatives, Ihram is not required. Our drivers can advise you on the nearest Miqat points if you need to perform a second Umrah later.
Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our dispatch team monitors your flight status in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will automatically adjust the pickup time at no extra cost to you.
